Why open a studio?

For me, having a dedicated space to call my own just seemed like the next logical step. I wanted a space that could not only be my new base of operations for my business but also double as a creative outlet for myself and likeminded creatives. Whether I’m hosting clients, working on a new project, or lending the space to other models and photographers, this studio space will do it all.

Can I rent the studio?

Yes! The studio is available for rent. You can submit a rental inquiry below OR you can book the studio on Peerspace! The studios hourly rate is currently $45 per hour.

What sorts of things can I use the studio for?

While the studios main purpose is to be used for photography, it’s my hope that it can be used for both video as well! Whether you’re looking to shoot basic headshots, brand sessions, or even boudoir sets, this space will have everything you need to get the job done.

How would you describe the studio?

I would describe the studio as a bright natural light studio that also provides a warm rustic glow. There are two large main windows that provide incredible sun light in the mornings and early afternoon, gorgeous stained hardwood floors, simple white painted walls that pair perfectly with the natural light, and high wood beam ceilings that have been painted black to help keep every element of the studio perfectly balanced. Off-camera flash is not provided and must be brought with you if that is something you want during your rental.

What’s included in the studio?

As of right now, the studio features the following:

• A beautiful 7’ emerald green velvet couch

• Large woven black swing

• Incredible gold trimmed mirror that measures 71” X 32”

• Small mini-fridge stocked with complimentary waters and soda

• Gold brass bed frame & king sized air mattress w/ large black or white mosquito netting that drapes over the bed

• 3 sets of silky satin sheets, available in black, green, and burgundy

• Faux fur throw blanket

• 3 86” x 36’ adjustable seamless backdrops, colors include: Off White, Pecan, & Smoke Grey

• Vintage wooden desk

How much does it cost to rent?

The normal cost to rent the studio is just $45 an hour!

What all is included in the rental?

You may use anything and everything that is in the studio (listed above) as a prop. We do ask that if you move anything from it’s original place, that you put it back when you are finished. No lighting equipment is currently provided so if you are looking to use either on or off camera flash, you must bring your own.
